  • When you use one of our location - enabled services we may collect and process information about your actual location. Some of our services require your personal data for the feature to work. WHERE WE STORE YOUR DATA

If we are under a duty to disclose or share your data in order to comply with legal obligations, or in order to enforce or apply our terms & conditions of supply and/or any other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Cab Direct Canterbury, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information within other companies and organizations for the purpose of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

RETENTION OF DATA

Data may be retained as long as your account is active or until such time you no longer wish to use our services.

DELETION OF DATA
